You do not have to worry about adding in different software programs to finish a job. You can monitor the project completely and even set goals that each team member must meet.

Office by ConceptDraw does suit a business professionals needs but it is not designed for student use. This is the type of program that professionals benefit from most. There are other mind mapping software programs on the market that are geared towards children and students that can help teach them the process of mind mapping. Office is not the one you would choose for a classroom setting. If you have a project this is the software that you should consider because it encompasses so many of the different ConceptDraw products.
