During the holidays, I look forward going to one of my beloved aunt’s home for an outstanding dinner, featuring the annual fry turkey. To ensure every one is fed, our family carefully plan the yearly event with no room left for error. Since the first family event hosted at her countryside home in South Carolina, every party we threw at my aunt’s home has been a success.

This year is no different. Traditionally, the male members with culinary talent in our huge family are in charge of preparing, cooking and presenting the guest of honor: fry turkey, served with homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes, macaroni with cheese, yankee cornbread, giblet gravy, collard greens and candied yams, just to name a few of the many holiday favorites. It is indeed a fun experience to participate in the annual family event.

Recently, I visited SHOP.COM to review the latest and greatest products featured on the site. Because I’ve plan to fry a turkey for another family event around the holidays, I thought I would browse SHOP.COM for the latest deals.
