His constantly shifting blame for his many failures (i.e.; his slow response to the BP oil spill, slow response in ordering skimmers to protect the coastlines of 4 U.S. states, lost of jobs in Louisiana, etc.) unto the Republicans on Capitol Hill is turning voters like me off.
