While members of the U.S. Congress battle over “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” they’re forgetting the Cold Warriors. We need to send Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid a strong message. When Nancy Pelosi claims to fight for “gay” members of the United States Armed Forces, she should also fight to authorize the Cold War Service Medal (Victory Medal) and the Department of defense (DOD) should issue it to the “past” members of the United States Armed Forces who have bravely serve their nation during the Cold War.

I liken many unsuspecting latecomers (drones) of the later-day Boston Tea Party to senseless goats. Almost every party member who embrace Sarah Palin as a viable political figure is simply a dimwit. Proof: Boston Tea Party 2010 is a joke. Just compare it to Boston Tea Party 2009 to understand my ranting. If you do understand, I am very happy U.S. Marine.

How many wise members of the Tea Party movement sense something is amiss? Why can’t the many so-called members who “recently became a tea bagger” sense the hostile takeover of a legitimate cause? It is a shame that all of the latecomers refuse to acknowledge what the political elitists are attempting to perpetrate… another political fraud!

Mr. President,

I realize that you are enduring the strenuous task of leading America to back to prosperity and restoring the honor of our great nation. However, I found your first State of the Union address to be a major disappointment.

The language of your State of the Union address is confusing. You mentioned many issues, each of which independent voters like me consider to be a non-issue. There are many other issues more important than climate change.

What are your plans for the many “unserviced” military veterans? There are many veterans who are routinely denied federal benefits for disabilities, illnesses and injuries occurred and/or aggravated while serving in the United States Armed Forces.

You stated that you will not walk away from the health care issue; however, you fail to mention about “unserviced veterans.” Many veterans are denied federal benefits for lame reason like having “pre-existing conditions” for which the Veteran Administration will NOT allow compensation. Why are “unserviced veterans” are NOT part of your health care plan?

Mr. President, what are your plans for “unserviced veterans”? What safeguards do you have in place to support the many widows and surviving families of deceased military veterans? The Veterans Administration has denied a local elderly widow the federal benefits of her late husband who held 100% disability rating prior to his death in 2001.

Why must a veteran has to save “at least one day” duirng a period of war? Why are “unserviced,” disabled Cold War veterans who served during eras of peace are denied recognition? What are your plans for the Cold War Victory Medal? It seems that the politicians are two-faced hyprocrites who often ignore and avoid the issues affecting many “unserviced veterans” who are shafted time after time. Why is your position?

During your first State of the Union address, there were many missed opportunities. You failed to mentioned about the real issues that matter the most. Instead of elaborating on issues of greater importance, you opted to spend the time to talk about issues like health care and climate change — both of which ore issues of lesser importance.

Sadly, you have lost the confidence of many Americans like me who is hoping for REAL change. Remember, the U.S. Senate election in Massachusetts proves the validity of the loss of confidence: Because of the unfortunate governance of the Democrats in Washington, Republican Scott Brown defeated Democrat Martha Coakley. The bi-partisan era in Washington is over. Multi-partisan seems to be the only way to ensure that the Republicans and the Democrats.

Perhaps my fellow bloggers and I will continue or collective efforts to bring about REAL change. One day, business-as-usual will be a thing of the past in Washington. Too bad you are not part of the solution, sir.

Respectfully,

The Pblogger

ObamaScare-Health-Reform-2009-T-Shirt.png

Before I continue my rant I would like to state the following: For the record, I am an Independent American voter who has absolutely no faith in either the Republican or Democratic parties. This Weblog entry is about the new health care bill facts.

I do support affordable, quality health care for all; however, I am one of the many so-called swing voters who deem ObamaScare to be a SCAM: Based on hard facts, I hereby state that Obama’s health care plan sucks!

Why do I say that Obama’s health care plan sucks? To get a better understanding about what I’m conveying in this Weblog entry, read and answer the following questions…

  • How will Obama’s health care reform adversely affect employers (with more than 50 employees) — those of whom are concerned about the impact of rising health care costs?
  • Why do many independent voters and (conservative and moderate) Democratic voters hate Obama’s health reform?
  • Without the support of (conservative and moderate) independents, Democrats and Republicans, how can Obama approved a partisan health care reform pan to give affordable, quality health care for all uninsured Americans?
  • What “bribes” or “sweetheart deals” did Obama offered to get a “Yes” vote from Rep. Bart Stupak (D-Mich.)?
  • Can you help (conservative and moderate) Democratic and independent voters to understand what is so amazing about Obama’s health care plan?

The questions above in not part of some Grand Inquisitor’s plot to deny you affordable, quality health care. In fact, this Weblog entry is simply offering you enough information to make an informed new health care bill facts investigating decision. Obama’s health care plan sucks.

We “swing” voters are tired of the political games that is costing us Americans our freedom and independence. If you don’t understand why Obama’s health care plan sucks, you will never understand why Obama’s health care plan sucks. It’s just that simple.

This Weblog entry is based on facts, not half-baked opinions! You don’t have to be a Republican voter, green activist, Libertarian, Tea Party member or WHATEVER to understand why Obama’s health reform is NOT what the MAJORITY of Americans want.

In Washington D.C., the Office of Tax and Revenue have opted not to impose a sales tax on inauguration rentals, offering their properties for rent to out-of-towners who are coming to the District of Columbia area for the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama, the outgoing junior Senator of Illinois.

What should president-elect Barack Obama call the White House puppy? Obama wants a new, hypoallergenic puppy for his daughters Malia and Sasha. The Obamas have opted to avoid a puppy from shelters. However, you can still help the president-elect chose a good name and good breed for the White house’s official First Pet. To help the president-elect, please follow the instructions on the the new Obama New Puppy Funfest Web page.

As predicted, John McCain has made a strong comeback in recent polls. Barack Obama, who is feeling the pressure from McCain’s campaign, has focus his campaign on tax and health care issues. However the McCain/Palin ticket proves to be more viable that previously thought.
