Defend Education

Across the U.S., thousands of protesting college and university students in 33 states (including the District of Columbia) are collectively voicing their concerns about budget cuts and tuition increases like the California tuition increase. During the March 4 Day of Action to Defend Education, the police has arrested many protesters in one of the most controversial nationwide protests of its kind in U.S. history.

What else don’t tuition-hiking and budget-cutting boards of regent and tax-and-spend politicians understand about the March 4 Day of Action to Defend Education? If the record number of protesting students is any indication, many angry U.S. voters will demand term limits on ALL politicians on the local, state, and federal levels in the next and future political elections. Perhaps former California governor Jerry Brown and current California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger should spare themselves the embarrassment and end their plans to run for public office again. Good riddance!
