Barack Obama: Do You Hate or Love the Amazing Democratic Leader and Why?

The overwhelming South Carolina primary victory of Barack Obama, the junior United States Senator from Illinois, has clearly proven he is a amazingly viable candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 2008 presidential election. Now, the Democratic National Committee is facing a dilemna: Why are less Democratic voters supporting Senator Clinton and more Democratic voters (including moderate Republican voters) are now embracing Obama. The answer is simple:

Friendly Advice to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton

Recently, I sent a brief letter to the junior United States Senator from New York. It reads…

Dear Madam Congresswoman,

For some Americans, the war in the Federal Republic of Iraq and the anti-terrorist operations in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan are deemed both unjust and un-American. My friendly but firm advice to you is to approach the United States Congress, along with Senator Obama, and take action to stop the funding for the unjust war and anti-terrorist operations, ultimately resulting in ending the war in the Federal Republic of Iraq and the operations in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Jimmy Page or David Gilmour: Which Rock Guitarist Do You Think Rocks the Hardest and Why?

As I mentioned in another Weblog entry, I deem both Jimmy Page and David Gilmour as two of the greatest rock guitarists of the past fifty years. Each time I listen intently to a classic Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin song, I am greatly impressed by the guitar work of each English rock legend. Both artists are true guitar heroes, without whose contribution to rock music would prove inconceivable.

WARNING: Barack Obama is the Most Electable U.S. Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton was flat wrong. Senator Barack Obama is not delusional. The junior U.S. Senator from Illinois has clearly proven that his U.S. Presidential candidacy is not a ‘fairy tale.’ Many of Obama’s supporters respect the Senator for not permitting the ‘mainstream media’ to define his character or his political stance. He has proven to the world he is the most electable Presidential candidate in the Democratic Party. Period!

Despite his strong leadership skills, U.S. Congress expertise, community involvement and expertise in the private enterprise sector, Senator Barack Obama must win the Presidential primary in the most racially divisive state in America, in which the America Civil War was started… South Carolina.

Jimi Hendrix: Do You Hate or Love the Late Guitar Hero?

Perhaps no other rock & roll guitarist has been more electrifying in the history of rock music than the man, who was named Johnny at birth, then re-named James but later named himself… Jimi Hendrix.

In the midst of the religious, ethnic, and political persecution inflicted upon African-Americans in the United States, during the Civil Rights era, Jimi ’the sorcerer’ Hendrix unleased his Voodoo Child fury onto the world in 1967.

Along with guitarist-turned-bassist Noel Redding and drummer Mitch Mitchell, Jimi pioneered the original sounds in rock music history and set the rock guitar standard that is often imitated, but never equaled. Because of obvious reasons, many Jimi haters almost always will not openly admit that fact to anyone. Have you ever wondered why some so-called rock guitar enthusiasts almost always hate Jimi Hendrix? Incredible, isn’t it?

Bluefin Tuna Sells for Record $55,700 in Japan

In Tokyo, Japan, a Hong Kong sushi restaurant owner, at the world’s largest fish market, paid a record $55,700 dollars for a huge bluefin tuna, weighing 276-kilogram (607-pound). The auction bidder was one of many winners in the first auction of 2008 at the Tsukiji market, where approximately 2,904 bluefin tuna were sold.

Britney Spears is Just Stressed Out!

After reading the blog entry of a blogger, who suffers from bipolar affective disorder (formerly called manic-depressive illness), I am reluctantly beginning to have doubts about Britney Spears’ recent bipolar disorder diagnosis. Apparently, Britney has shopped around for a pricey press coverage… Namely, her desiring to “suffer” from Bipolar affective disorder, a brain disorder which is deemed more acceptable than her being labeled as either severely depressed or schizophrenic (both of which mental illnesses are deemed the scourge of all mental illnesses). Yes, some people think it is “cool” for famous people to be bipolar. Because of obvious reasons, I do not share that view.
